Whether a 1:1 PT session outdoors or in a gym, or through Wild Athlete Training sessions in Warwick, you are starting on a journey where fitness is a way of life.

We have developed a programme of training to challenge and engage everyone from seasoned athletes to those with little to no training experience.

Training sessions

1:1 Personal Training. This could be indoor in a gym or outdoor. It will be completely tailoured to you and you own goals. We’ll do a full initial assessment and then work together to get you to where you want to be.

Small-group Wild Athlete sessions blend strength, conditioning, and build resilient, all-round fitness outdoors. They are suitable for almost all fitness levels from beginners to advanced athletes.

About Wild Athlete Training

Led by Level 3 PT Jack Linstead and Yoga instructor Michelle Matthews, Wild Athlete Training helps everyone rediscover their natural strength outdoors. Sessions blend strength work, conditioning, and movement skills. Expect mace bells, battle ropes and slam balls, along with carries, crawls, and playful challenges that build confidence as well as fitness. All coaching is supportive, jargon-free, and focused on practical functional performance for real life, not just the gym.
